Strategic thinker and multifaceted leader - David Arnold steers The Partnership team with a deft touch that encourages creativity. Since founding the agency in 1983, he has guided accounts including Kimberly-Clark Corporation, UHS-Pruitt Healthcare, Vanity Fair, Crowne Plaza, Mossy Oak, Cousins Properties and others. Prior to that, David created successful campaigns for Dow Chemical, Monsanto and Wrangler Boots.
David started his career with D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, where he became senior vice president. His TV campaigns for Amoco, Bud Light and The American Dairy Association earned some of the nation’s highest creative awards. David created The Partnership’s first website in 1994 for Chubb insurance. He also directed ground-breaking interactive applications for Holiday Inn and Mossy Oak.
He is a skilled equestrian, a 2-time National Champion and 5-time top 5 in the World Champion. An accomplished photographer and artist; his ceramic works have been purchased by the Smithsonian Institution board and collected by celebrities such as Halle Berry and Charles Gibson.A member of The Partnership since its inception in 1983, Rick has been involved in virtually every aspect of the Partnership’s relationship with clients. An unapologetic Auburn grad, Rick earned a BFA in Design after spending his first two years in the aerospace engineering program. Rick’s artistic side and his technical background continue to influence his work on a wide variety of accounts. As an early adaptor of technology, Rick helped lead The Partnership into the interactive field.
Today, Rick’s role in The Partnership has expanded to include Program Strategy as well as design, art direction, client service and developing technology infrastructures. His primary focus is on our hospitality clients and he is directly involved in day-to-day work for the IHG brands, their Global Sales (pre-negotiated, bulk-night sales) division, the owners association (IAHI), their frequency program (Priority Club Rewards), 800 Meetings (meetings booking promotions and programs) and other specialized projects requiring outside-the-box approaches and solutions. Rick’s design work has received awards from many professional publications and organizations, such as Communications Art, Print Annual, Art Direction, and The Advertising Club of New York (Andy).A specialist in brand marketing, André has delivered award-winning integrated brand solutions for consumer, corporate, business-to-business and interactive applications. He boasts extensive experience in art direction, Web design/development, brand development and integrated marketing. André has served as a manager and team builder in the creative departments of the world's top communication agencies including BBDO, Bozell, J. Walter Thompson and The Richards Group. He has developed creative solutions for ABC, American Airlines, Budweiser, Bank of America, CDW, ESPN, Microsoft, Pizza Hut, HBO, Kodak and Subaru.
A strong leader known as much for his tenacity and positive attitude as his creative abilities, André has been recognized by Archive, Addy, Communication Arts, Graphis and Effie awards and others. Born in South Africa, he holds a degree in graphic design from the Johannesburg College of Art and counts acoustic guitar playing among his many passions.
Jim Crone first saw himself on the front lines of national defense, but after two years at the United States Military Academy at West Point, he concluded the front lines of the advertising business might be a better place to hone his particular skills. For more than 20 years, Jim has done just that at advertising and interactive agencies including BBDO, Huey/Paprocki, Lintas: New York, Ogilvy & Mather Interactive and The North Highland Company’s Sparks Grove Interactive.
Jim’s extensive history with interactive and digital marketing began almost before the Internet was born. In 1985 he was a founding member of PRODIGY Services Company where he developed “online applications” (now called websites) for major brands including Apple, Microsoft, Intel, Broderbund Software, NEC Consumer Electronics and Activision. Jim was later the co-founder and general manager of Ogilvy & Mather Interactive Atlanta working with brands including American Express, Egleston Children’s Hospital, IBM and Kodak. Jim’s brand marketing experience in all media categories includes work with American Express, Acuvue, BURGER KING, CBL Malls, CDW, The Coca-Cola Company, Hitachi Power Tools, ING Financial Network, Northside Hospital, IBM, Johnson’s Baby Shampoo, UUNET and Yahoo! Wireless.Olivia McKinsey has been in the interactive industry for nine years, but her accomplishments and understanding of the industry are those of a much more seasoned veteran.
Olivia started her interactive career in 2002 at BKV, a leading direct response agency. After developing and honing her understanding of direct response, she moved into display, working with Moxie Interactive.
While at Moxie, her deep background in direct response and tracking/data transfer was leveraged by clients such as Verizon Wireless, Coca-Cola North America, and Weather.com. After effectively running and growing national and local campaigns, Olivia became one of the country's first dedicated media analysts. As such, she continues to develop holistic digital strategies and that drive the thinking forward.
Olivia won an OMMA Magazine "Rising Media Star Award" in 2005, and she has served as a panelist on emerging media for the American Marketing Association (AMA) and Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA).
Olivia is an adventurer at heart and you will most likely find her outside with her boys (husband and two kids) in her free time. She is an avid caver, rappeller, and paddler.
Jill Benio has joined The Partnership as a Senior Broadcast Media Negotiator. After graduating from the University of Arizona, Jill headed to Los Angeles to begin her career in advertising media. She started as an assistant broadcast buyer at McCann Erickson and quickly moved through the ranks. Her skill, ambition and perseverance earned her position on the Columbia/Tri-Star buying team.
Jill relocated to Atlanta in 1996 and quickly established herself in the city's broadcast community representing agencies such as McCann Erickson, Young & Rubicam, Zenith Media and PHD. She earned her reputation as an invaluable asset as a Broadcast Buyer for reputable agency clients such as Outback Steakhouse, Southern Lexus Dealers, Toyota, Dodge Jeep Chrysler, Safeway, M&M Mars, Mercedes and Bank of America to name a few. With her skill and expertise she always delivers client satisfaction and is known for her relentless and upstanding work ethic to execute and complete the client objective.
In addition to winning the admiration and respect of her peers and coworkers alike, Jill is relentless when it comes to negotiating on behalf of the client to secure the best possible buying scenarios. Bottom line – Jill loves the art of buying and it shows in her performance.
When Jill is not at work she can be found investing countless hours at the little league parks with her children and maintains an enthusiastic approach to supporting her family. Jill has a husband of 14 years and two children.
A little league all star growing up in North Carolina, Harry attended his first Braves game in 1973. Ten years later, he graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (yes, he's a basketball fan too) with a degree in journalism. For the past 25 years, he has worked non-stop as an advertising writer, producer and director, solving marketing problems and winning industry accolades for a long list of global, national and regional brands. Harry is experienced in print and outdoor advertising, website development, TV and radio commercials and web video production. His past experience includes AT&T, BellSouth, Budweiser, CDW, Coca-Cola, DirecTV, Hitachi, Intel and TWA. Harry's work has been recognized with multiple industry awards including Clio. Obie, Addy, EFFIE, Communication Arts, Mobius, Radio Mercury, and the national Sawyer Award for B2B Integrated Campaign of the Year.
For the past five years, much of Harry's free time has been spent following his daughter's soccer club across the country, from tournament to tournament (she'll be playing in college beginning this fall). He also enjoys playing games with his teenage son (mostly of the Xbox variety).
Irene’s advertising career began in the early 80s with D'Arcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles, working on the American Dairy Association and The Alliance Theatre/Atlanta Children's Theatre accounts.
In 1986, Irene joined The Partnership and managed brand marketing initiatives for Lily of France/Vanity Fair Corp.; Mossy Oak Apparel Company/Russell Athletics Corp.; StayPut, I|M, StylingSolutions/Goody Corp. Irene and The Partnership team are proud of their long-term relationship (since 1991) with the InterContinental Hotels Group family of brands—including Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn Select, Holiday Inn SunSpree Resorts, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites—and having worked on a wide spectrum of local, national, international activity ranging from B-to-B and consumer print advertising to collateral to interactive.
